Vitality Today is with you every step of your wellness journey. Keep track of your progress on the go with the Vitality Today mobile app – check your points, log a workout, send us proof of activity, and do much more from your smart phone.
Here’s the range of Vitality tools which you can use to track your way to a healthier you:
· Check your Vitality Points
· Log a workout using GPS*
· Submit proof of a completed activity, e.g., a 5K
· Link to Apple’s Health app to sync data, including steps data captures by iPhone or Apple Watch
· Enjoy the daily Newsfeed
· Check in on your goals
The application is available for anyone to download, but you must be a Vitality member and have registered on the Power of Vitality website before you can log in to the Vitality Today mobile app. You’ll use your Power of Vitality login to log in to this app.
*Some features like gym visits may require GPS location services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This app behaves as if the outset of the design was to be awful. Links that just open your browser because the feature isn't in the app? Yep, it has those. Random log outs that require a 2fa code that's only available via email? Check. Atrocious performance and screens that reset all changes when they finish loading, removing any progress you may have because you started before it was done loading? You betcha. Just all around terrible. It's an app that doesn't even do the bare minimum.

App failed to record sleep 1 night because it just locked up, and I had to close it. In that same period, it failed to record 3 meditation sessions even though Fit recorded the. Interfaces between the app and Fit seem to be troublesome at times. Same with the app interface to Samsung Health. I deleted and reinstalled Vitality Today, and that seemed to reset the interfaces.

Edit: Issue seems to be resolved and I can now log my gym visits as intended! That's really all I use the app for and now it works! Many functions don't work. Here are 2 today: at a gym, trying to start workout, GPS finds me and finds the gym I'm in, I click the gym, and it gets stuck spinning. Tried killing the app, starting over, same result. EDIT: problem persists, I tried to contact the provided email address but emails bounce back.
