It is a good platform for finding out life partner...But its working should be more user-friendly, because parents are the main users of this platform who are eager to find a good partner for their child. There is chance that most of them are not good at using the smartphone and the apps. So it will be a good advantage if it becomes more user-friendly.

Cheating service. Your people told me that we will provide astro match, profile highlighter and top listing freely along with three months package. So i paid the amount. After payment u have not provided top listing. I had sent mail there is no reply for that, contacted customer care many times there is no response. I am going to file a case in consumer court.

Nothing to praise,an ordinary matrimonial app,frequently contacts only when it is time to renew subscription. If we complain about showing the same profile as"new",the reply is "You can filter".This is like fooling the customer. Sometimes the same photo is repeatedly displaying in different serial numbers.This is a purely business oriented app with less than 5% sincerity to customers
