First, the good news. I can't usually listen to the show live because I work during the day so it's great getting it on demand. I like that you can listen/download in segments w/out commercials. The bad news is if you pause it and close the app it usually won't hold your place and you have to restart from the beginning. When I do use it to listen live I always have to hit the "listen" button twice for some reason.

New app is terrible. Podcasts do not play, app freezes becoming unresponsive, login is problematic, download function does not work, and the interface is not intuitive. The old app worked better. Support is non-existent unless one calls in during show time to try and get help. I am a long time paid subscriber that may cancel due the problems with the new app and lack of any response from "support," which like I said, doesn't exist. Very disappointing. I ended up uninstalling this app.

LOVE listening but this app needs work. when streaming, there are constant pauses and sometimes it stops all together and I have to get my phone out and stop and restart the audio, extremely inconvenient for when I want hands-free listening. 10/10 content though, if this app gets the work it needs to run more smoothly it would easily be 5 stars.
