I have been following ADDA support team from last 3 months for resolving WHITE SCREEN issue when trying UPI payment using adda android app ver 10.4.9. I am not able to make the upi payment and nowforcibly making payment using netbanking option which has convenience fee for every payment. Have already shared screenshots with step number in sequence ( 3 screens ). Adda team asks every time screen video captured for the same issue. It shows support team didnt not try resolve the issue.

I have identify security loophole in your App. Since the day I have installed your app my mobile is more valnarable. I ran with multiple security tools and found severe security issues in your App. Can you please share security scan report of you App here in public? So that we know what security majors you have taken. Please take this on a serious note. My housing society is forced me to use this App, otherwise I would have uninstalled it.

It has been a waste of time engaging with their support team. 1. I had to explain the issue like I would to a fresher - the support executive was not able to understand the issue. 2. When evaluating a enhancement suggestion, their focus is not on how logical/ useful/ sensible it is. "Many users" have to request the change, else it is classified as a "rare request" and "added to roadmap". 3. Even for issues that can be reproduced easily, they ask for screen recordings.
