* Announcements & Broadcasts - Keep your Members in the know of important Community related information by sending important announcements and reminders instantly

* Member Management - Add, Approve or Reject new members and manage resident information, quickly. At one glance you can view all the users who are pending approval to join your Community. You can easily Approve/Reject the request to join your Community. You can also easily add new users.

* Meetings - Take quicker, better decisions. Create meetings, take Notes, keep a history of previous meetings and more. You can create meetings from anywhere you are and send notifications to attend the meetings to the relevant Community residents or staff.

* Community Helpdesk - Ensure Customer Delight through quick action on Service Requests, Queries, Complaints. You can view all the Helpdesk requests which are raised by the residents of your Community. You can also see the status of the ticket and take action based on the status. You can provide updates which become available to residents in their App. The end to end life cycle of Requests/Complaints can be managed using this module.

* Purchase Workflows - Fast Track Purchase processes with Purchase Requests and Approvals. As a Property Manager or Management Committee member you would have to often create purchase requests and get approval from other stakeholders for availing goods and services from vendors. In the ADDA Community Manager App purchase requests can be created, then you can assign it to other Admin Users who will approve the payment. Members get notifications that a Purchase Request is pending their approval and they can also approve the same through the App!

* Payment Followup - You can view all the Owners/Tenants whose community dues are pending and the amount of pending dues. You can send reminders to the these members.

* Staff Manager - Keep upto date record of all Community Staff & Domestic Help. It is easy to add or edit Staff Details right from the App. These can be contact details of the Staff, Photo, or, for Domestic Help it can be which units they are working in.

Ridiculous support system and they dont even bother to respond to bugs and tickets raised for weeks to months. Even after contacting their people, everyone keeps saying they will ask support to check but no one bothers. They dont even have any direct support contact to reach and support emails they dont seem to bother to respond. I asked for higher management or owner to contact so as to let them know how many bugs they have in system but who cares?

very poor after sales service... last 3 weeks we are trying to go live but couldn't go due to lack of support. called many times but no response. And billing they have started from day 1. we may consider another app from next billing cycle.

Very badly written Admin App, first you cannot reset your password on the app there is no "Forgot Password" so you are stuck! Secondly, if you approve user/resident it asks the same question another time you have to approve it twice. It's very basic level application in comparison to MyGare or Nobroker.

Hi, The Admin App is a lighter version of the Admin Portal to give you administrative capabilities on the go. To reset your password, we would suggest you to do it from the ADDA App / Admin Portal. Regarding approval of a user, we ask for a confirmation to make sure that it was not done by mistake. For further queries, do write to miran@3five8.com.
