I have to complete captcha verification every time I open the app. It will occasionally log me out as well. For larger / more popular events you are unable to buy tickets at general on sale through the app which you have no way of knowing untill the sale starts and the page doesn't refresh so you are forced to use the website. Email listed in app support on play store doesn't accept emails.

I've never known an app to constantly ask you to sign in (despite ticking, remember me), open up a browser to take you to a log-in screen, and then proceed to just get stuck at log in regardless of internet connection. I used 3 different browsers, Opera GX, Chrome, and Brave.... yesterday Chrome worked whereas the other 2 didn't, but today, now brave works and Chrome/Opera GX don't. It's 2024, and the app doesn't allow you to use biometrics as a log-in service.

Shockingly designed. All the text and pictures are off the boundaries of the app. Multiple colours going on, honestly it hurts my eyes. It seriously needs a UX designer to sort the navigation out.
