This app is amazing when it actually works and can crash a dozen times before loading. Please fix this issue!

I loved this app, it was so convenient. I always pre-ordered and paid for my coffee and food as I was leaving home, then picked it up on my way to work. No queueing or waiting. But now, every time I open the app it crashes when I try to order?! I can use the pay at window option but not the pre-order. I go to my local coffee shop now. Will come back if/when the apps fixed.

Won't work on newer phone models and now all my points are locked on an app that only crashes immediately on launch. Edit: Now it says I need to update to the new app, however there is no update or new app. Also lists coffees as both nothing and free with no way to checkout when selected.
