Cash Money

Used to be a good app. Been a while since I've needed to use it, and I now have 3 big problems with it. I am no longer able to receive payments through e-transfer, increasing wait times, biometric login is no longer an option, and to top it all off, although I am given the option to remember my email at login, the app is incapable of doing so. This also is making me go into my browser settings just to retrieve my password in order to login each time.

This app is so garbage it never works. They have a make a payment option that never seems to work or is always being updated. What's the point of having it and it never works so the people have to go in and make the payment regardless. What if that was a senior that wasn't able to get out or it was Winter or something. All that ends up happening is that the person would end up getting charged late fees due to the fact that their app is not working.

I have been doing business with Cash Money for years now and then they offer me what they call a line of credit with explanations that's make the offer very very tempting, but then when you sign up for it, they start charging very very very very very high interest rates and if you tried to pay more to reduce the amount of the line of credit they charging you more interest, they don't want you to pay off your line of credit, because they won't make any money with you...
