Worked pretty well for letting me scan my ticket while waiting to see how many were in the queue in front of me and give me an estimated time. I did not try creating a new ticket away from the business. It does require you to create an account if you want to create a ticket thru the app but it will scan your ticket without an account. Several of the pages and buttons seem to be referencing German locations and German language.

I booked my slot for my sick child's appointment immediately when the booking opened. I was told i had to verify my email to finish my booking. I guess the app logged me out at some point. A few minutes later the email arrived sorted as "promotions" in Gmail, and when i verified my email i was informed my ticket couldn't be booked, and the queue was now closed! So now my sick child isn't seeing their doctor.

Your doctor had set that each user must confirm their email before an appointment booking is allowed. After your confirmation, the system was unfortunately fully booked, i.e. your doctor no longer made any appointments available. We are very sorry that you were unable to get an appointment at this time.

Lack luster. It told me about the que 13 times in a row over and over every 3 to 5 minutes for an hour. App def. Has issues. Not impressed. Deleted as soon as my appointment was over
