Very bad experience! I've tried to upgrade my account however I didn't receive any notification until now. And just tried to buy a credit but my account is suddenly blocked. The customer service also didn't help me

has very limited service, I request upgrade more than 5 times and still not granted, now I can't do things like transfer or top up e-money. better leave this app, they made it only to pay your indihome internet. what a waste from Telkom

The latest update make me can't buy mobile voucher, can't top up with debit card, then what is the use for this app?! Horrible waste of space and waste of time!!
