About this app

Tookan is an off-the-shelf solution to manage and track, field workforces that enable on-demand deliveries, at-home services and on-street customer acquisition. Businesses will need to create an account on www.TookanApp.com to get started.

Using the Tookan App, fleet members will never have to call the manager again to get the delivery information or to provide their status. The App does it all, automatically.

This app allows fleet members to:
» Get a birds eye view of all the assigned tasks.
» View customer details and call/ message them with just one tap.
» Get the directions and the optimized path to your destination.
» Get the customer signature, notes and take up to 3 images as a proof of delivery.
» Automatically update the customer when you start or finish a task.

How do fleets get started?


» Get the credentials via SMS & email when a manager adds you to the Tookan Dashboard.
» Get the tasks, once you have registered and logged in to the Tookan App.

It's a pretty good delivery app, but it has a lot of weaknesses that make it less than user friendly. Save your yourself a lot of trouble and never click the directions button because it will give you an approximation of the location you are looking for wasting a ton of your time. Always, click the delivery address and then select your navigation app. You can't unselect after swiping requiring extra attention by administrators rather than just allowing you to unselect start/arrive/complete.

I have been using Tookan for almost 12 months now and I don't understand why they have a calendar view and not a recent tasks view (i.e. last 6,12, or 24 hours). If a task comes at 12:00 am, the agent must know that he/she needs to update the calendar view to view the task. There is no indication that the task is in the next day's calendar view. This has caused us many negative customer reviews. This is REALLY horrible UX.

This new update is terrible. I now have to tap each individual job to get the job info where it used to just display it. Also after looking at a job whenpushing the back button the page goes all the way to the top so I have to scroll thru everything again. This app could be so good if the creators actually listened to users feedback.
