It's a clumsy app with annoying limitations. I can't use my prepaid balance to pay for a reservation or for food & drink. When trying to check in on the app or when someone invites me to join their reservation, the "Accept" button never appears for me to tap. When trying to view the food menu for a venue, you can't zoom in to actually read anything. Lastly, the whole process of viewing my account history of purchases, available balance, and game play history is cumbersome and unintuitive.

Initially, the app logged game history in real-time. Since the first games, however, none of my games have been logged and my name never appears on the leaderboard. Contact has been made regarding this issue several times, but no remedy has been offered. Likewise, when reserving our bay and inputting requests, nothing transfers to the actual location when I arrive. It is as though, my app is not transmitting any data. At this time, I would not recommend.

App does really well with tracking games played however, the new scratcher doesn't work. It brings up a card and then nothing! I tried "scratching" but it didn't do anything so I hit the back button and it said come back in 24 hours. Should this be doing something? There's no instructions but seems pretty self explanatory. EDITED: Scratcher doesn't show anything when opened, not even a "sorry, please try again" or "better luck next time". Other than the confusion with that it's a great app!

Hi Misty. We're sorry to hear you were having trouble with the new scratcher feature. You should be able to hit the "Reveal" button on the bottom to see if you won something. It's available once every 24 hours, so it sounds like you played already. The scratcher screen will show you any prizes you might have won previously -- check the latest tab.
