App constantly crashes or lags and is way too invasive!! You MUST provide info on whom you want whish to send a package to, before even starting shopping (?!) and you MUST give access to your phone contacts to keep on shopping, even if you select to enter manually... I have removed the app, just because I don't like being invaded this way... It is unpleasant. There are other channels for sending food and goods to my family in Cuba.

I recharged a Cuban card at a promotion for 2500 pesos and 25 GB. The receiver got only 2500 pesos. It turned out that the 25 GB are optional and they decide who would get them. Don't use this app. The people are cheap scammers!!!

Every time recharge your balance in this app for calling international, the actual balance is always less than the deposit made. It's very disappointing, specially considering they're making money out of people's needs to keep in touch with their loved ones. Everytime I recharge through a promotion or advertisings, I never get the benefits shown. I give it 2 stars because it only works well for talking to my loved ones in Cuba
