Trash! Dumpster juice! Since Verizon took over it's been a horrible experience. I can no longer use the app, can't change plans, can't use the website, and the ONLY WAY to pay is over the phone which is so inconvenient for me. Nothing works my phone doesn't ring sometimes I was forced to get a new phone with a new number because no one could figure out why my phone stopped working. I won't recommend Straight Talk. Should've worked out ALL the kinks before merging with Verizon. Service sucks!!!

I've had service with straight talk in the past. As far back as 2007/2008. Even had home phone service and a mobile hot spot in my vehicle for a while with them. I have also had service with every other major carrier in the US. I never get surprise billing. Never get charges that randomly show up for no justifiable reason. Or constant fluctuations in charges for my services. You get straightforward services for straightforward prices. It works great. Better than what I've experienced befor

I've had straight talk service for a few years now. Been working great up until a few days ago, and now I don't know how much data I've used, or how much data I have left; the bar, on the app, is... stuck, for lack of a better word. If I can remedy this, I'd gladly give 5 stars. Update: the app is doing the same...dang...thing. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, thinking (foolishly) that that would help; it didn't. I KNOW I've used more data than what it shows. Fix this, please.
