For some reason, call logs, contacts and sms msgs will not transfer after numerous attempts.Everything else worked fine. It kept telling me the connection dropped, but I know that wasn't the case. There were only 55 seconds left to finish. Could this be due to the fact that I did not yet activate the new phone? The transfer was from a Galaxy Luna J6 to a MOTO G Power. Every other file and document transfered properly.

It won't work! The one time it allowed me to press the transfer button, it actually erased the contacts that transferred over when I transferred my phone number! I'm actually worse off after using this app than I started at prior to use!

I had a few transferred, however, not all attempts work, and I lost interest in it. I do remember one or two that were quite easy. After that something interfered and my documents were deleted or something got them. I gave up..
