Right after update 09/29, app crashes every time i try to certify records, can't log out unless I certify records. So go figure. App needs always help with state and city location when changing status. So you have to get out off app, open google maps, find your location, open the app again, manually enter the state and city...etc Trailer licence always has to be manually entered too

Service is horrible. First of all to call to operator you have to dial around 60 times. Then if you got lucky, you'll be #30 in lane and it's take forever to wait till someone will answer. They have option they can call you back but it's probably take about 2 hours. I'm not joking it's my experience. What I'm say it's wasting time and money. Need to look something cuz if you pay you expect for service and don't like to stay on hold if I need immediate help. Ridiculous. I hope someone will fix it

Biggest issue, is that when you stop the app doesn't switch automatically into on-duty or off-duty! It continues to record as you're driving, even when you don't! Most apps switch off driving mode automatically after 5 minutes of not driving!
