The CX North America driver mobile app is a tried and tested smartphone app suitable for Drivers, Carriers, Brokers, Couriers and Logistics providers. When used in conjunction with the CX North America web application it enables carriers and drivers to share real-time visibility of their vehicles and freight throughout the entire cycle of the shipment. Carriers and Drivers can post their availability and capacity to gain more work, improve visibility and enhance communications.

• Update Your Dispatch & Customers At The Same Time
Update your Dispatch and Customers in real-time on the CX North America driver mobile app using our one-tap status update feature. This feature provides a time stamp for all main order milestones:
Arrived Shipper, Loaded, Arrived Consignee and POD.

• Smart Alerts
You can automatically alert your Dispatch and /or Brokers with our unique Smart Alert Emails. These can be sent at a frequency of your choice e.g. every 15 mins or even 4 hours. These emails include a map link to accurately see where the shipment is.

Keep in sight and in control – using the GPS signal in your mobile device, you can track the location of your Freight and display this on our live maps.

The CX North America mobile driver app is FREE to download and install, however it works directly with the CX North America platform, which requires a subscription.

**The CX North America mobile driver app has been designed to capture your location every 10 minutes to preserve battery life as much as possible, but it is important to note that continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.

The tracking and availability features work fine, it's the Future Position feature that doesn't work. It won't register any advanced dates when the calendar comes up, it returns to the home screen.
