When paying for tickets online, the app requires you to put in your entire address in a field that appears to be street address and then you will need to select your address from the drop down menu. This is highly unusual, and they should fix this. What should have been a simple step (inputting street address) was way more complicated than necessary. Also, putting the dob was not user-friendly. It should have allowed you to input it instead of a long scrolling or hidden yr button.

The app clears fields if you leave for any reason, including pulling down the notifications menu. Can't put in an address that isn't in Florida, if you go to live timing then try and book a ticket it doesn't work. This app MIGHT work if you spend hours learning how to navigate and wait not to do. But it's in no way worth it to me.

Garbage app. App constantly logs you out and freezes. I purchased a mobile monthly pass thinking it was a great idea. The app has a bug and I lost my monthly pass after using it for 2 weeks. Good luck telling that to security as they write you up for not having a valid ticket. You can't even get your money back as allsales are final.
