True iService

There is issue which l face quite often. Usually l use one month packs, but if I forgot to take one more for the next month and try to top up my balance for buying it, the system takes some amount money - usually 200 baht - automatically. They give some extra pack which I do not need!!!! And thus l lose 200 baht for nothing. After that l have to top my balance again and then get extra pack which l would like to get. Extremely annoying!!!

The app is ok. But the company is an absolute steal. They try at all means to be unfair and charge you super extra out of the package. Never forget to turn off your roaming when leaving thailand, any whatsapp message you receive will cost you 355 thb. And if you book international package they manage to send so many messages and calls, to induce the customer to hang up voice call, then you are doomed. And so it goes. AIS and other local thai competitors seem to be less unfair against customers

Support service inside the app is awful. I've waited an hour for operator to respond and when he did, he terminated the chat after two minutes of my inactivity. Do I have to sit by the phone for an hour waiting for response?!
