The app opens on time but faces retry issues due to high traffic. The payment gateway hasn't been functional for the past three months. Understanding the E-dip Seva process is challenging, and despite multiple attempts, I have never been selected. The speed at which Arjitha Sevas/Angaprakshanam tickets get booked is incredibly fast. Overall, this app has been a frustrating experience, and I've decided to uninstall it. May the developers be blessed with better programming knowledge.

App is not opening at all, there is a frame freeze if I open. Even after 2 updates the app is still not working. Kindly fix this. This is an important app which is very useful for everyone. I am using Samsung S10 + model. The same issue is present on the new updates too. There is no point in updating the app if it is not compatible with every mobile. Check this issue with my model.

Worst user experience ever had. Tried more 20 times to book slots, logged in more that 7 times and waited in virtual queue more than 6 minutes each time. Even though failed to book the slots with the error message to try after "sometime". Firstly! When app is redirecting to website, what is the use of app?? Data entered is not getting saved, had to enter every single time. Scanner is not working. Note : Previous version of app is way better than current. Hope you people work on this soon.
