I get an error and won't plan my travel. I plan on visiting the convention center area and would like to rely on an app that would help me get around your Fair City. When I fill out either the two or from it asks if I own the web page. That's a weird error. Then when I try to open Google maps it really errors out says it can't open the web page. Just a meaningless app.

App works slow. Its annoying to have search through the entire list of routes which makes boarding complicated and time consuming. Why not just have a qr code to recognize purchase? Keep it simple!!! The star rating is due to my tickets not showing up in the app after downloading the app in my new phone. They told me I had to manually swap my tickets. I keep getting an error message and cant swap my passes . 🤯😤

App was fine until today. It completely stopped working. I used it in the morning, and then in the afternoon it wouldn't load anything. Not my current passes, the page to buy new passes, or even my account information. I tried everything including uninstalling and redownloading the app to no avail. My week pass that I only used once is now rendered useless.
