TUI's travel app makes holiday life much simpler and safer. You have all the information about your trip gathered in one place - in the TUI app in your mobile. In the app, you can get in direct contact with the guides around the clock, both before and during the trip. Here is a travel guide with tips on sights, restaurants and activities. You can choose from everything from snorkeling excursions to city tours and book in the app with a few simple clicks. You will also find your flight and transfer times in the app.

Contact the TUI guides around the clock
Via the TUI app, you can get in touch with the guides around the clock, every day, during the holidays. You send a message via the Ask the guides in the app and get an answer shortly after. You can also reach the guides via the app in the planning phase - already the day after you have booked the trip. In the app you also get service messages and other important information during the trip.

Order TUI's activities and experiences
Experience more during the holidays by booking an activity or excursion. Choose from lots of experiences, order directly in the app and see details such as time and place for pick-up.

Transfer Information
If you have ordered a bus transfer, you can see all the information in the app: e.g. bus number and where it stops when you have landed. The same applies to the return journey, you will also receive a message with time and place for pick-up in connection with the transfer to the airport.

Holiday Planning
In the app you can follow the countdown to your trip. You can also see the weather forecast for your destination. Here you will also find a travel guide where you can read about sights, beaches, shopping and restaurants at your destination.

Order options
In our travel app, you can book tax-free and upgrade your flight - choose seating, book extra legroom and extra luggage weight (applies to certain flights).

Search and book travel
We have hundreds of destinations around the world - from beaches in Thailand and the Canary Islands to big cities like Rome and Barcelona. You can book charter flights, flights, hotels, excursions, activities and tickets directly in the TUI app.

Add your order in the travel app
Once you have booked a trip, you can place your booking in the app. Simply provide the order number and the mobile number or email address that you provided at the time of ordering.

On most of our trips you can use the TUI app, but there are some types of travel where you do not yet have access to the ticket, this only applies to flights (single ticket) and cruises. If you have only booked a hotel, you can place your booking in the app and see information about your hotel, but do not yet have access to the other functions in the app.
