Functional, but needs some work. I would say the app does what it needs to, but it lacks polish. For example, I have biometric face unlock on my pixel, but the app is ALWAYS excruciatingly slow to login. It's slow to load everything, always has been. Think 2010. It needs a facelift to be on par with almost any other banking app. Mobile card companion app is great.. but why is it its own app?? I'm honestly considering switching to a different bank, just so I can get a better app. Love the bank.

App only improved by removing the clickbait shift downward when trying to log off and making mobile deposits easier to find. Otherwise, linked accounts unlink themselves, then refuse to relink stating they are already linked and there is nothing left to do. Linked accounts fail to verify credentials, despite having recently relinked or removed completely and relinked. The messaging portion of the app states attachments such as .jpg, .PNG, .PDF, .txt, etc. can be attached. Fails every time.

so you can sorta see your accounts, but to pay bills, credit cards, loans, transfer money, it is really confusing and it just doesn't feelnsafe, nice to have a app, but so confusing at times, nothing is in a place that makes sense or feels right, i honestly don't use the app unless i have too. Why does it take 5 plus days for the char6to show on my account/ card, then a few more days to get notified, so much money could be lost by the time they decided to alert you......
