• Schedule or cancel appointments
• Renew or refill prescriptions at your UCHealth pharmacy
• Use your device for Virtual Visits with your provider
• Message your provider
• View test results
• Connect data like weight, pulse, and blood pressure from your devices to your health record using the Apple Health app (HealthKit)
• Find the nearest clinic, urgent care, or emergency room
• Save your spot in line at the urgent care that works for you
• Read your doctor’s notes
• Pay bills securely and easily
• Search for UCHealth doctors
• Use Reminders and goals to help yourself remember to take your medication, exercise, and maintain other habits that keep you healthy.

Great... When it Works When I first got the app, it was really helpful for getting in contact with my doctors, getting results, and keeping track of my appointments. For the last few months, it's stuck in UCHealth today when I open the app and won't let me go to the main menu to do anything else. So now I can't message my doctors or see results. Very frustrating when I see multiple specialists on a regular basis.

Thank you for previously reviewing our UCHealth app, even though you had a poor experience. We have released many updates since you posted your original review. We know your time is valuable, but would you be open to taking another look and updating your review? If you no longer use the app, we appreciate you removing the review. Thank you so much.

Nice hospital interface app EXCEPT for one extremely annoying feature called "find your way" that keeps wanting location access and to run in the background. It would be fine if you had the option to turn it off but as it stands right now you don't. So if you accidentally turn it on you have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to turn off, and if it's off it keeps notifying you to turn it on. It feels very manipulative, and makes me not even want to use the app despite the convenience.

Thanks for your feedback Justin and we understand how frustrating that must be. We’d like to understand the details of the problem you mentioned. Please send the details or screenshot(s) to dpx@uchealth.org. We'll pass it along to our development team and see if there is any way we can improve it.

This is the "noisiest" app on my phone. It's constantly and consistently notifying me two and three times of the same appointment I've already acknowledged and/or that I need to "check in" for appointments I've already checked in for. It's messaging feature doesn't display notices whereby one can be distinguished from another--and the inbox is over saturated with duplicates and triplicates. This behavior is an indication that the app really isn't programed well enough to know what it's doing.
