The app is so bad I don't know where to start. When you watch something the app decides on it's own to change the quality and you can't watch anything. So talking about that give us the option to decide what quality we want! Secondly when searching for shows, movies, ect. You write the name of the show and it does not appear in the search bar. You need to find what words or letters to make combination of so your show can appear. Please fix

Just subscribed yesterday, already disappointed from the get go. Had a hard time getting the app through the firestick cause it is not available but managed in a different way. Now I want to have it on my phone and I've been getting the same message over and over again: "No internet. Check your internet connection." It sucks! Please take all these reviews here seriously and fix the bugs and stuff. It's unacceptable.

Current Nova subscriber in Greece. I downloaded the application to use the offline feature and watch downloaded content while traveling. Please fix the error message when opening the application without Internet connection. Most likely this error occurs due to the fact that welcome video cannot be loaded when the device is offline. Otherwise this feature is simply useless.
