Extremely difficult and not able to access the app after the new version. Although successfully changed MPIN, again it is asking Customer ID, MPIN and new registration coming to the beginning. Iam fed up with the process, tried 10 times but no use. Sometimes asking terms and conditions, after accepting also there is no submit or OK at the bottom, going back close the process like that. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

Device getting unregistered on its own every single day, so that I have to log in with my customer ID and register the device again evey time I try to open the app. It keeps on saying that I am using a new phone every time, though I am using the same device. Also keeps on saying "no network connection". Please fix these issues as soon as possible

Third class app, wrost banking app I have ever used. Every time you open the app it says your device is not registered and you have to register your device again every single time. I'm really fed up of this, you can never rely on Ujjivan bank in case of any urgent banking needs. Totally a waste of time using this app. I'm thinking of closing my account and shift to some other bank.
