The customer service of this organisation is the most unserious I have ever come across. The phone numbers provided don't work, and the chat function on WhatsApp and on the app itself are just unserious. The app crushes and doesn't even keep up with the current electricity shutdowns. So what is its use?

Naye try to always inform us that you disconnection power kuba this side it just happens suddenly without even notice , make mayuge brighter

Good app so far. For postpaid customers;(revise it or upgrade it) can there be away to download a copy bill cause at times bills delay to arrive and we get disconnected before bill arrival. For yaka token; can there be a way to see atleast the last five or four cause you buy twice all not receiving token then when you check the app you only get the last purchased. Thanks that's my suggestion look through.
