Poor quality app, that was mis-sold by Everything Voice. In theory would be great, unfortunately constantly says users are offline and unable to go online, so that when you call from the app, it doesn't use the office number but your own personal number, defeating the point of the app. Everything Voice have tried to resolve it, but gave up. Coincidently it works perfectly on apple phones.

Causes endless problems for everyone in my team who uses it; calls not being received, blocking other apps, and difficulty accessing voicemails. Not a user friendly experience or delivering a suitable replacement for desk phones

For a company with a new system installed in January this year and hoping to use 22 mobile apps then this is not acceptable. We were told that a new app would be avilable in the beginning of march. The Beta version is even worse, freezes all the time :-(

Could you please send us a diagnostic report via the Info -> Feedback menu of the myportal to go app and please make sure that both checkboxes are checked, so we can fix the problem that you are having.The latest beta is V2R6.05.17 and not V2R6.03.18 so please make sure you have updated to the latest beta version.
