Very user friendly and full of options. I love the credit score updates. Depositing a check with a photo is grand. I very often use internal transfers. No more inconvenient trips to the bank for every transaction. We live in a world that demands instant info and UCB is on top of that!!!!

Good customer service, easy to use app, and has received good updates since I first got the app. I remember 10-15 years ago the app barely worked, now it is ome of the best banking apps out there and so simple and easy to use.

This app is absolutely useless. It throws an error anytime you check anything other than your balance, and that's if your able to log in. The check deposit system has never worked, and always suggests to call when on the final step. I just use the bank's site through my browser. It's more reliable than the app.
