Wallpapers has a large selection of backgrounds for your Android device. The app lets you choose from a large selection of HD images, and assign the wallpaper you pick to your lock screen, or phone or tablet background, or even for phone contacts.


Many of our pictures and photos have accompanying text, explaining what the picture is of, with a web link to the original creator of the image. You can use the images for a phone background, or download them and use them for other purposes - we note the licenses of the various pictures, most of which are public domain or creative commons license.

We list wallpapers by most recent added, most popular, and by category. Our categories include sports (like basketball), outer space (the galaxy, planets), music (bands, instruments), inspirational quotes, animals (puppies, kittens, rabbits, lions), love (hearts on pink backgrounds, couples with a girl and boy on the beach) , anime, flowers, and nature and landscapes with water, trees, mountains and so forth.
