I used to love using this app for currency watching, metal trading and crypto staking. However, one thing changed all that, a "temporary" inability to change my address through the app. I use quotations, because this has been a "temporary" issue for over 2 years, now. I've tried contacting support, as it suggests, and they want me to provide some crazy levels of personal info, info which my banks don't even require. Weird stuff. Haven't really used the app since then, so about 2 years.

NOT very user friendly. I agree with others that have said the same. I got into using it due to xrp . I applaud Uphold for not delisting it. Plus I could get some alts that weren't available on CB. But! This is definitely not my go to app . It's very confusing, difficult to send,transfer, etc. I shouldn't have to go with a YouTube video to figure out how do do certain things. I would like to use Uphold please keep it simple! You are the most difficult to use of any exchange

New problem with the app. There is a glitch that gives you a fake address. The only way to cause it is to never have owned the token or bought it before in the past on Uphold exchange. In other words you have to try to deposit into the tokens Blockchain and when you do that, it then gives you a random generated address that isn't affiliated with any account. Uphold app acts like it is for your's. Nope! Any funds you send there will be gone and it is a pain to convince Uphold to give it back.
