Why I can't log in any more in my account. I tried so different ways just to loging me in but it doesn't work. Pls fix this apps problem it's so annoying

Seems like there is a bug in tree view for the current version of the app. Keep prompting me to provide credentials when accessing tree view. I can access to the home page with correct credentials, but unable to access tree view. Please fix asap.

suddenly can't function ady..... I keep uninstall and then re-install so many times ady...... But it is still does not work...... Even is can't open the app.... PLS REPAIR THE SYSTEM ASAP!
