Writing yet another review about the same bug I've written about before. It is NOT test specific. It has occurred over three separate tests. It has nothing to do with the actual test and everything to do with the app. Again, every time a test requires you to navigate to a site and opens it, you see the little arrow with instructions for a moment and then it disappears. No way to proceed with survey after that.

I'd leave no stars if possible,this app is useless! It crashes in the middle of a survey without a way back, if I get through a whole survey, it crashes before uploading, if I go back to the email link to start the survey over I get the red screen that says I'm already in a survey and would I like to resume, but when I click on "Resume" nothing happens. Then the app is locked up in that state for months. Nothing works to fix it either. It's a terrible app with rote answers from the developers.

Once again, I'm no longer able to do mobile tests because of the app's fault. I don't have any kind of ad blockers or firewall or VPN enabled, I've tried both my home wi-fi and my mobile data, no dice; it's the app. The message that briefly pops up before the endless loading screen reads, "Not supported Android API level 33." I recently updated my phone OS to Android version 13, so the app is simply not compatible with it. How can an app team not be on top of Android OS updates is befuddling.
