Absolute waste of time. It refuses to register an account because of a constant error stating "invalid invoice number" regardless of numerous attempts and combinations. For the amount of revenue WASA generates as a MAJOR utility, they should be grossly ashamed for this piss poor excuse of an app. It's almost insane that it's been over a year since there's been an update from the developers. DO NOT INSTALL.

Garbage app with limited features To report a leak, you have to be at the site of the leak and have mobile data/ an internet connection. The problem is - they don't have a "Gallery" function to select a picture. You may see a persistent leak and want to take a picture, but without internet, you cannot fill out the form and nothing is saved, meaning you have to do everything all over again. It would be a lot more user friendly to have that Gallery option and sumbit at your convenience

May have been a good app if it allowed me to register. I have made 6 attempts to register and it keeps telling me it needs a valid internet connection. However I have been using both wifi and data which are both at full strength and working perfectly for all other apps. I don't think I will be wasting my time to try again. As with everything else in this company, its alot of flam with no actual work.
