REACH24 is a 24x7 web-based mobility tool and system that optimizes communication and documentation between drivers, service providers, equipment providers and other stakeholders.

Specifically, the web-based mobility tool allows for visual optimization of where the driver is in relation to the service and/or equipment provider network, and provides auto-communication tools that make event documentation easy.

REACH24 attacks the basics of “Where am I?", “What do I need?”, and “Who can help me?”. Mobility provides for ease of chat, photo capture and mapping such that the two key players; drivers and technicians, have the smoothest route to success.
