The platform is great. The charging network doesn't need a card to operate. It can be done with the app. But sometimes the map shows all the charging stations as unavailable instead of blue,red or yellow. Please fix this bug.

The app simply doesn't remain open. This is the second phone I tried it on. Please update app to be compatible with Android 12. If you manage to get the app open, then you won't be able to load a balance to charge because it keeps failing. Absolutely terrible app with no maintenance from the developers.

Efficient system and good app. The sparse locations for charging makes Tripoli congested with queues. The non availability or poor availability in major towns is a worry to travel long distances. Hope it will improve if it is in line with the promotion of electric cars by government
