Overall, great app. The change was really hard. I've been a Venter since 2015. It's similar to how it used to be but the changes make it look like TalkLife... We can't express ourselves the same way we could when the app began these changes and finalized them. We had the ability to put backgrounds on multiple things, I'm sure we're all bummed we can't do that now unless becoming an Angel. Can't gift them anymore either, I've heard which sucks if true. I love the new privacy protection & options.

it's a good app, love the design, and features but hate the change. it's why i came back and had to review coz emote buying is the same. hate how emotes and emote packs work. you used to be able to one off buy the emotions, AND keep them. but after the change, it's still a monthly payment. 😑 edit 2 years later: 11.16.23 - wow more changes and i can't say it's for the better. i was going to rank it lower until i saw there was a web version for it now. so accessibility is great but the changes..

Vent has gotten more stable and smaller features added that have made the experience better for me. Some things like the feelings could be more free. Too many are locked behind the pay wall and overall the look of the DMs UI could use a face-lift. Very dated compared to other apps these days. Overall though the app is improving over time.
