I'm not able to log in. Keeps saying invalid membership ID or password but it does not give me option to reset password. I have the correct ID because I have my Venteny card with me. I chose the link "not yet a member" because that's the only link I can click apart from Login. It tells me to call Admin. But there's no Admin phone number! The app is not user friendly. It doesn't give you any option to get assistance.

The app improved a lot compared to the previous one. Certain features have been updated and some are new. You can now scan QR codes and earn points as well. Kudos, VENTENY!

Can't log in though I have accurate details. Admin is not contactable. I think the app developer died already. Those very few people who gave 5stars are those who had installed the app since 2016.
