its a great idea for an app, very clever. I have very fast wifi, and latency really was not terrible. i was able to make it to bald bull in punch out, and thats a game where lag matters. takes getting used to though. the thing i would ask of you to make the biggest improvement is being able to move the buttons and resize them on the screen. i have a big phone, so its hard to reach all the way to the middle of the screen. also, i cant move diagonally on the nes gamepad so contra is unplayable. 👍

I've tried this on two different phones. There is a slight lag, but the real issue with playing games is not being able to hold down actual buttons, which makes things like trying to run and jump in Super Mario Brothers difficult if not impossible via this method of play. If you're playing a game that uses really simple controls, like maybe Tetris, this might work fine. You can definitely relive a few minutes of nostalgia, but if you're wanting to seriously game, get some other way to play them. Note that this keeps your screen on, so it will burn through your battery, so make sure you're charging it while playing.

I works fairly well. Unfortunately for me, there was a bit of lag on the controller. Example: Super Mario Brothers. You press jump and approximately 5-15 milliseconds later Mario jumps. I'm just guessing the time frame. Good for most people I guess, but I Speed Run some games which makes it unplayable in that capacity. Pretty cool app though :)
