The app is not functional. Boarding passes were just disappear. The flight delayed without any support and communications. Staffs are unfriendly and unprofessional. I would just avoid this airline.

When sign up on website it use an email address, but when I try to sign with mobile app it have only mobile phone to select and lock in. Try to find a button to switch between email and mobile. But can't find it. What a stupid app design and bad user experience

It's not a low cost airline, it's just a rip-off. They have "clickbait" prices, then you end up paying much more once you book. You have to scrutinize the booking like a lawers contract, as they have many add-ons autochecked. I ended up paying for an insurance I didn't want, while for a return ticket my check-in luggage was purchased for one way only! At the return, they charged me 3 times more for a 9 kg suitcase (they only have a 20 kg charge!). I wish I had bought a proper airline...
