I am a field of technician and use this application with three different companies. It has issues with all three companies. Sometimes it works, probably more than half the time it will not connect. Coworkers and support people at the companies I work with have similar experiences.

Fantastic app for simple augmented reality added to a functional video chat app. Intro app to app is good. Need paid web portal to fully support as part of a business service.
