I don't know who is the person managing Virgin network in UAE, but it's more than obvious that is not on that position by competence, but rather by "knowing the right people". The service is more than disaster, in every way possible. The network is constantly dropping for some reason, especially the home network. To whoever is reading this - if you plan to take a home network deal from Virgin, make sure that you mobile data is on full constantly because that's what you will use most of the times

Fraud. After paying the 12month subscription, my account was automatically changed to PAYG and didn't get the extra data bundled with the plan that I chose. I tried in-app and info@virginmobile but both asks for screenshots which was their default response and also impossible to produce as the problem occured after the payment was made.

Why havent you come up with system option to switch from physical sim to e-sim for android phones on your Virgin Mobile app yet. It has been so long that iphones have this capability. Such an unstable app on android. I think it is optimised for apple phone users only. Please look into bugs and fix the crashing issue. It is really annoying and developers must be getting crash reports for sure for this app.
