I have big issue with this application. I have an account where I bought many books in it and news papers suscriptions. Now I got an error that the account is not exist. Meanwhile, they still deducting the news papers monthly fees!! Kotobi don't have direct channels of support. I reported the issue many times but no response until submitting this review.

The worst experience,it's a roguery app and ur taking our money in vain I purchased a book and everytime i open it,it opens a blank grey page and the app crushes everytime i try to report a problem through settings, tried to contact yiu3through fb official page for solution messages has been read and no reply . this is my first time using it and can't even get my books!!!! Why i have been charged even u won't give me the product!!!!!!

An app that sucks all through the years, I have given them more chances than they deserve. Paying subscriptions doesn't mean I can download newspaper. Complaining is useless. Definitely a big no.
