1.What is HOP?
HOP is the meeting place between the passenger and the vehicle. After ordering a ride, the application shows the way to the HOP.
2. How long will I have to wait for the ride?
From the moment you order the vehicle, it appears in HOP after a few minutes. You can track the bus in the application all this time. Due to the quick arrival of the bus, we suggest ordering a ride after leaving the building.
3.Why doesn't the vehicle pick me up directly and I have to go to the meeting point?
The application algorithm determines the route so that it is as quick as possible for everyone on board. The HOP will therefore be located in such a way as to limit the length of the route as much as possible. For a passenger, walking 100 or 200 meters is usually not a problem, and this is crucial for the effective operation of shared AutoHOP rides.
4.What hours and in what area does AutoHOP operate?
Currently, AutoHOP runs from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the area visible on the map in the application and on the autohop.pl website.
5. Can I order a ride for a specific time?
The service works in real time – ad hoc. The ride is therefore ordered when the need arises and provided a few minutes after ordering.
6. How and how much will I pay for the ride?
Before ordering a ride, you must make a prepayment. Each time you use AutoHOP, the fee will be automatically deducted from your prepayment. The cost of the journey is only PLN 5.00 for any journey in the serviced zone. Payment security is guaranteed by the Przelewy24 platform.
7. Can I also order a trip for one or more people accompanying me?
Yes. Subject to availability, you can take up to 5 additional people with you to the same destination. For each additional person, we will charge 3/4 of the fare, i.e. PLN 3.75, from your account.
