Laughable performance at best. Even at peak operation this app was buggy, but now it's not even loadable. Not just for a singular instance, but for a week or more at a time. I cannot think of an app that is worse, and judging from other reviews, that seems to be the common experience. For a state that prides itself on being a tech hub, our lottery is in slide rule/abacus land.

Tried to create an account, many drop-down menus don't work, birthday selection spinners are buggy. Once I finally got my account created and verified through email, it just tells me my login info is incorrect. I reset my password and logged in through the website, so I know it's correct, but it doesn't work on the app. Others say it won't scan, but it scanned fine for me. The only reason it got 2 stars.

New update doesn't work! Only been able to use the app once since they changed it a couple weeks ago. Can't get it to load. Also, I had almost three thousand reward points in my account and now it says I only have a couple hundred. I just downloaded the update on 4/7 again, and it still doesn't work. Took several minutes for it to log in, and then it only has the game names, no info. I clicked on the Powerball link, and everything was zeroes, even the latest drawing numbers and dates.
