The service here is very poor. I understand Units keeps moving in and out congesting the broadband but there's no reason why their 4G LTE service sucks this bad, literally losing connection like darn near every 5-10 minutes. I can hardly stream a good YouTube or Netflix without the Constant buffering which takes forever and a day. They boast 5G speeds and even when I connect using 5G it really isn't that much of a difference honestly. Pure Garbage!

ooredoo has poor customer service, we keep on telling that the internet is very bad in our home location but they are saying it is our phone. our staff in the whole building located in Qutaiba st were experiencing the same. You cannot even load a video nor to see the photos.

The only useful part I found was that I could my usage when I opened the app. But ever since this new update has been announced, the app does not open at all. As soon as I try to open it, it asks me to update it, but the update takes ages and has not downloaded for last 3 days. I can't even check how much data I am using and what is the balance. Of course the net is so slow that I cannot attend any webinars nor can I see any live streaming video!
