This is great application. Only one flaw that the language should be in English during making profile. Their should be option column for English and Arabic on home page(first page on opening application first) Language can be changed to English after we creat profile. This is very disappointing as most of expats don't know Arabic. Same with me. I use Google translate to creat profile then change language to English through settings.

There are few issues: 1. The appointment and my data weren't registered at the blood bank 2. I didn't receive a receipt from the blood bank for the donation, so I can't track my donations on the app. Yes, I tried the link posted to add the donation and that requires also a proof. 3. If I need to call, contact support or add my donations manually every time, then what is the point from the app? The idea & the initiative are great, but you need more collaboration with the banks +coding personal.

Good app, but unfortunately the app is not designed for English. Although there is a language change option(which takes a few trials to navigate to) part of the GUI still continues to be in Arabic
