The new update(as of May 1st) brought the annoying tips screen that you have to skip every time. Please provide an option to turn the tips screen permanently. It just shows one tip which is not really helpful. Update : The developer / Team took my feedback and updated the app. The app is now super smooth and it serves its purpose to the fullest. Thanks to the team.

Dear Sir, We have included tips as a request from a lot of users who suggested that we show tips to conserve water. We have now included an option to turn off these tips in the recent update. Please update the app to turn off these tips and they will never show up again. Thanks for your feedback. It motivates us to do better.

We are the first customer for Smarter Homes and they have improved a lot from their launch. It was good at the initial stages, now they are not even interested in retaining the customer. There is no support from this comp. We are forced to switch to manuall reading. Looking for someone who can support with latest and greatest technology.. I urge everyone to adopt water conservation thorug reliable technology and service provider.

Support is horrible. Either are not able to understand the issue or not interested in resolving it. They don't want to look at their own responses earlier, which mentions about the problem and simply tells that everything is fine and close the ticket. Readings are updated randomly in app after few months when meter itself was not working during this time and was supposed to be replaced(as per wateron resp. only). It creates doubt that meter really works or random readings are being updated.
