I have had this app for years and love it but since the recent update my phone will download it but will not open it. I have restarted the phone multiple times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it's the same thing. I can't get the app support email to go through neither. I really wish they hadn't have messed with it this was one of the best weather apps plus I use it for my work

I have used many weather apps on many phones and it seems when I find a half decent app, it changes ownership and the "new improved" becomes no so good. NWS is my reference yet it is not so easy for my lamen mind. Currently I have seven weather apps on my Android Motorola phone and StormTrack 5 is not only the easiest to use but also the most accurate. StormTrack 5 lays everything out in a simple easy to read viewing. It is by far the best weather app I have ever had the pleasure to use!

I only use this app because it's the original version of my local one, but now with the latest update it has a drop down menu for a video that is not from my area. It worked fine before for anywhere in the country, but now it clogs up your screen with videos from the station's local area which is really ridiculous!! There should be a way to get rid of that. Even if I'm from the Storm Track 5 viewing area, if I go on vacation, I don't want weather videos from my home area popping up either!!
