This app is simply one of the worst apps my company has sign up with. And I work for American Express. It's astonishing how even with clients like AmEx, they managed to make such a useless app. The steps don't sync with my Google fit for the Steps challenge. Half of the links and options don't work when you click on them. It keeps signing you out. Overall, nothing works in here. I'm surprised such an app still exists in 2024 lol

While in the app it works fine for the most part but I have to re-enter my password WAY too often. So much so that after setting up my initial account, I ended up changing my password to make it something that is much easier and quicker for me to enter because of the number of times I've had to enter it in just the first hour I've had the app.

This is my least favorite health app. I'm only using it because my health insurance is using WebMD for their wellness program. It sucks. If you ever answered a question about when you had a particular check or screening, it shows up as something you're tracking right on your dashboard. You can't get rid of it or customize what you see. Customer service verified. Also, if you do one of their programs, you have to start completely over if you missed verifying you did stuff or not. Not fun to use.
